To increase access to therapy for individuals who may be less resourced, we offer select appointments on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. at a reduced rate of $75 per 50-minute session. We believe that financial limitations should not prevent anyone from receiving the support and care they need, and we are proud to offer this option to make counselling more accessible.
